Helen a. memorial scholarship

There is an annual scholarship in memory of Helen A. Young. It was instituted in September 1984 by the Wilmot UCW.

The Criteria is as follows:

1. The Applicant is to be from a family connected with Wilmot United Church.

2. To be used for education beyond high school (university, business college, technical school or community college).

3. Consideration will be given to student’s academic standing and participation in church activities.

4. Students may re-apply even if they have already received this scholarship.

5. Closing date for applications is October 30, 2023.

Applications for the 2024 Post Secondary Education Bursaries from the Ellen Beairsto Bursary Fund are now being accepted until Monday, January 15, 2024.  All students who are attending college or university either full-time or part-time are invited to apply.
